This complaint form will open a review and investigation into the Pledging Member in question, and their eligibility for membership.

Please include details about all correspondences (phone, email, and text) between you and the Pledging Member in regards to the complaint.

By submitting this form, you grant permission for us to share your complaint with the Pledging Member. Resolutions are made between you and the contractor (Pledging Member) directly. The involvement of the Roofing & Solar Reform Alliance is strictly limited to the Pledging Member’s eligibility for membership. If we need additional information, we will contact you directly.
